"There was no clear posting of smoking areas, or dog walking areas. I was under impression that we would be near the pool and on ground floor. We were not. Alot of people hanging out outside and watching us go in and out. Jacuzzi tub was broken, blinds broken, pool table worn, toilet broken, but it was clean , and had plenty of room. "

"8 out of 10 We arrived 15 minutes early were told 4pm waited until 4:15 for unit to be available. It was quiet, not far from attractions, but uncomfortable bed and pillows. It would be a 10 with a few updates and a deep cleaning. We would stay again"

"Super clean hotel right on Parkway which was very convenient. Has a nice pool and they had movie night at the pool starting at 8pm with popcorn. Staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast buffet was hit or miss. The first day we had breakfast it wasn't all that great then next couple of days it was decent. Not sure if DollyWood always shoots off fireworks. But we could see them clear as day from the parking lot. All in all it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it!"
