"Absikutely beautiful area and my Oxfore tiny house had everything i needed for a short stay. It also had bunch of hair on shower walls, dorty coffee cleaner and dusty stove. Looks like the place hasnt been cleaned properly. There was a fireput righr infornt of the house, wlso the grill, benches and breathtaking view especially around susnset time. The territory has basketball court, volleyball net, playiground and something around the office area but i didnt go there. Neither did i check the...

"This is such a cute place. Our first time “glamping” was so fun! The tent was clean & they really thought of everything… bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, sink & real dishes. Also the bed was comfy… The outdoor area was perfect with grills, fire pits & Adirondack chairs. Our cabin was near the pond & stream… we loved it 😊 "

"Fun experience and beautiful area! Very close to the San Dunes. Rained a little and all was dry so that was great. Gas fireplace was a nice touch!"

"I highly recommend staying here. The owners have knocked it out of the park with the view and providing everything that one may need for a glamping experience. The owners were quick to respond and ensured we had everything we needed. Location is 30 minutes from Durango and a beautiful drive there. This place felt very secluded but still safe. Definitely check this place out! 5 stars all the way!!!"

"Good experience, great for after Red Rocks shows, had a propane heater (it snowed, so this was key), clean bed. Property had some old cars and things on it, but great views in most directions. Not luxe, but what we needed and as described. "

"Very peaceful and remote location. The views are unbeatable with wildlife all around you. The night sky was probably my favorite part. The hosts are very kind and wonderful people. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back and camping again!!"

"A billionaire view of mountains from the property. A great breeze most of the time down the valley. When the glamping tent i reserved went down in a storm, the host generously offered us a cabin for the same price. The only drawback was the uphill walk to bath."

"This is our 4th summer in Vallecito. We have stayed in Blue Spruce RV Park (full hookups) and Middle Mountain campground (no hookups). Renting this space was a PERFECT option for us because we had much more room than we would have at the RV Park with the added benefit of full hookups! Having access to the gazebo and the front lawn gave us plenty of space to relax! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for anyone with an RV traveling to the area."
