"Its a fabulous hotel overall but a special mention has to be given to the staff. The porters, receptionists, waiters and bar staff, the service and friendliness is second to none. Probably the best I have experienced in any hotel."

"Everything was great, from early checkin, to the size of the room. Service was wonderful and the location a short Uber to bars and restaurants. We only stayed one night so did not get to experience the restaurant only the bar. Would recommend if in Cork.
