Very, very clean. Great buffet breakfast. And wonderful location
It’s in a great location and walking distance to everything, one negative was the deadbolt didn’t work on the hotel door to our room.
This property is the way hotels should be. This hotel has so much character.
Staff was excellent , fan was very loud in room. Very little hanging space in BR. Work out room, pool area on loft was closed!
The hotel was well located to all the things we wanted to do, about an 8-minute walk to the metro (Union Station) and a 15-minute walk to the Capitol Building/National Mall. Staff was friendly and Art and Soul restaurant was wonderful—delicious food and staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ...
great location. if you are on the freight train side of the hotel, get ready for loud locomotive horns at all hours.
Caters to a very young clientele but was well worth the money.
Easy access to metro, Union Station and the Capital. Restaurant food fine but menus limited.
The steff was Excellent also the location was great. We would go back again.
Stuff is friendly and ready to help. There was a huge line to check in, but there was a manager who helped us to do it quick. We stayed there for the cherry blossom season , and the overall impression is good .
The pool was amazing! Clean, warm and the I believe it
The location was great for a tourist trip. The suite for our family of six had a bedroom with two queen beds, TV and large closet. The living area had a TV, pull out queen couch that was as good or better than most hotels we have stayed in. The kitchen had two burner stove, large microwave, dishwasher, ...
Was really nice. I would definitely go again, I feel tho that breakfast should be included since the stay per night is over 200, that’s ridiculous.... even a best western included breakfast and they aren’t as high maintenance as the Hyatt so I’m sure it’s not a big expense where it can’t be done
The rooftop area is very nice area for family gatherings
Great place for a family as The location is centralized for walking distance to all. Staff goes above and beyond.
Great comfy hotel. Needs some major maintenance (toilet, front door latch was broken, water damage on window, etc.) but otherwise a nice place to stay. Quiet and restful.
all good! stuff excellent, water in front of counter is goog!
It was great. Would stay again. My family and I had a nice stay.
