Beautiful Hotel near lots of local favorite bars and restaurants! Check-in was easy and the hotel rooms were very clean.
Getting to the annex area of the hotel is not easy especially because of the stairs. There is a lift yet it states its only available to disabled persons. The room was nice yet what made it exceptional was the deck off the room overlooking Union Square. I had room service & the chicken pot pie was ...
It was fine. There should be vegan food options. My only complaint.
It was nice. Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and went out of their wY for us.
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Customer service was great. The hotel itself is in a great location with transportation just outside and shopping just around the corner.
My daughter and family was staying at another hotel, so I need to book close to her. The surrounding area was "sketchy", but it didn't bother me. The hotel staff and adjacent restaurant staff were nothing but incredible. There is a small café/diner that was incredible for my breakfast!!
We have been coming here every April for 4 yrs. Highlight: hummingbirds whizzing around the beautiful flowering trees:)
I like to stay at the double tree airport because it is so close to Brisbane, where I have family. I wasn’t aware that you have to be an Honors member to have the free breakfast. It should be more clear about that
The parking is HORRIBLE! Also the wait staff at the restaurant are not very good. The complimentary breakfast is awesome!
Easy to access from the airport, clean, good breakfast options.
Walking distance to where I wanted to go. Parking fee is too expensive compares to the other public parking.
The location close to whalf. The breakfast was over priced and so so. Nice gym on property. Comfy beds.
Location was perfect, we were able to walk to fisherman’s wharf and ghirahdelli square
Parking was very expensive. Bottle water inside room too pricey. Should mark down the price $5 is ok not $8.
Everything is great but the heater in the room, very noisy and couldn't sleep very well for baby.
Love that this property sits along a golf course. Overall, the property is a little dated, but we always enjoy staying at the Half Moon Bay Lodge. Nice to be able to walk to the beach.
The location of hotel was perfect. Close to many attraction places but the parking was outragesly expensive. 80 dollars per night form small car. ridiculously expensive
It was closed to the main attractions restaurants in walk in distance.
