Overall was good. The only compliance is that valet was kind of rude.
Great, hotel and facilities; however, the other guess are noisy and coming in around 2-4 AM from drinking yelling and making lots of noise. hard to get a good night rest after a long day of tours and walking around the FQ.
Perfect location in the French Quarter, friendly staff, nice rooms, even a small pool! Would definitely stay there again.
Excellent service from staff. Very nice room and clean. Awesome breakfast. Very close to Superdome and smoothies king center.
The hotel is old however it is reasonably priced and close to all French Quarter attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy and exceptionally big and we found them fairly good value for money. One thing I don't recommend is eating in the staff cafe, the staff there were less than friendly and it took ...
Fantastic location! Our room was beautiful and I loved the old-world charm of the space. I would recommend this space to visitors and would definitely stay here again!
Right on bourbon but very safe and quiet if you dont want the hustle outside. Close to all the stuff to see
Excellent staff and convenient location. Nancy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
The room was beautiful and large. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even at 4 AM when I arrived late due to plane delays.
Nice hotel in the heart of French Quarter. Rooms are on the small side. Bed was full size and bathroom was very small with little room for toiletries, etc.
A lovely old hotel. staff were spot on, gave good advice and very friendly. Good atmosphere. My only one issue was that at 3 am the room next door decide to have a drunken argument obviously this is out of the hotels power but the walls are so thin i honestly though the had walked in through our ...
Wonderful hotel great staff nice pool. Lovely decor fast check in and out.
Nice hotel close to everything. We could walk out and be on bourbon street in a matter of minutes.
Fantastic hotel with a great location in the French Quarter. The staff was really nice. Our flight was early in the morning and they let us keep our bags at the hotel since check in time was later in the day. The hotel is beautiful. I would 100% stay here again.
Staff very friendly, overall hotel very good but bathroom was very ready for a reno.
It’s a really cool space. Great room, great restaurant downstairs. Easy to get around. The vinyl in the room was beat-up or missing and one of the elevators was having some issues. Everything else was really great.
Good location, literally next to Bourbon Street. Friendly staff, awesome bartenders...will definitely come back again 😀
Very friendly staff. All were pleasant and accommodating.
There’s nothing quite like the Crescent City. Everywhere you look, there’s a fresh bowl of gumbo, a river cruise, or a jazz festival to attend. Keep your cool amidst all these hot attractions by staying in a hotel with a pool.
