"We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It was wonderful...perfectly clean and nice and the room was everything promised. The water park was a fun thing for the kids in the evening after volleyball. The reason for my bad review on check in process is that the only thing that annoyed me was that they tried so hard to book me to view their timeshares when I was checking in. I had a long trip to get there and the sales lady would not stop trying to book me for a 90 minute time...

"This stay was definitely a disappointment. When we checked in they said we would have to come back down in the morning to meet with the concierge to get our parking pass and bracelet keys. I didn’t think much about this. But when I met back with the concierge it was nothing but a very pushy sales pitch. Host Adrian has thought of it all! Hot shower, gas stove, bbq grill, firewood, kayak, lanterns, fridge and cooler, amazing fire pit, pots/pans, etc!! "We are from Kentucky and we had a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville convention center. Me and another parent wanted to bring our other kids also to have a little get away. So getting the cabin and splitting was the cheapest, best thing we could have done. All the kids had fun in the basement with all the games,pool, hot tub. Grilled out and watched the Kentucky derby and just over all relaxed and enjoyed the weekend."
