"Our stay at Secrets Papagayo was superb. The staff and especially the manager were fantastic. We had a minor issue with our room lock after check in but ther hotel staff were there within literally 3-4 minutes and got us in. Although it turned out that they had to replace the whole lock, the locksmith was there within 5 minutes and everything was handled professionally.
