“Our room was never properly cleaned. There was always something left undone. And it smelled waterlogged. The pool bartenders clearly catered to certain people over us. We we would be there 10 minutes and others would walk up and get served immediately (iykyk). The taxi service was expensive. It was $20 per person to go across the street. Best food was the food by the pool at lunch”

“I reserved a room with two beds, and they gave me a king. I refused the room and they gave me the correct room. The bathroom had mold and the bed broke on the second day. It was difficult to get any staff serve at the pool. When requesting for rooms serve for breakfast, I told they are not able to and offered a jerk chicken sandwich for breakfast.”
