“I like the location close to shops restaurants and entertainment.The room was clean but there was problems with the drainage in the shower. Staff was accommodating ready and a willingness to help to solve any issues they are friendly, professional. Meal was good make the food little warmer. The place needs a bit if spurcing up these are my thoughts. I love this place looking for to our return. Also work on the entertainment”

“First, the front desk was not friendly. No one greeted us. I must give credit to the guys who bring the luggage to the room; they were more welcoming than the front desk people. My room was not the cleanest. Service was bad. The front desk never told us where anything was or what time breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served. There was a lack of entertainment. “We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Couples Tower Isle! Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly—which made coming back to the room after a day in the Jamaican sun so comfortable. The food was incredible, even at the buffet! “Mixed experience overall. Check-in was frustrating. We were told to wait until 3 PM, but when we returned, we were repeatedly asked to wait another 15 minutes for a housekeeping supervisor to inspect the room. After waiting and being told the same thing again, we were understandably annoyed and exhausted. Thankfully, another staff member was able to offer us a different room, which we accepted.
