"Its was wonderful. The staff is vey kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Did not go in the pool. But is beautiful to look at . There was some outside noise that may be can be controlled by signs. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful historic boutique hotel. "

"This resort is clean, well-kept and keeps to the underwater lost city theme with underground caverns filled with fish, waterslides that go into shark tanks etc. There is so much to see and do that no one will be bored. My only negative is how expensive the food and drinks are. If you are planning on eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on the resort property, plan to budget about $200USD per day for each adult and about $50USD per day per child. Some rooms have fully equipped kitchens and there is a few grocery stores on Paradise Island where you can get groceries if you want to save some money and cook for yourself. Other than that, the resort is absolutely beautiful and we will 100% be back. "

"The pool side is quiet and well kept. The internet is great. The food choices are good too. There is a bit of noise from outside sometimes loud music etc, for some rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are the same as any 4 star hotel in the US."

"Pool water looked murky Housekeeping staff did a great job Breakfast staff efficient but we gelt rushed by the hovering clean up staff Front desk were friendly but did not provide the promised help to get our luggage down the stairwell….. we could not access the elevator on the 5th floor with our cases, due to the flooding and massive garbage pails in the hallway collecting water from the leaking ceiling! At 75 years old, we had to lug our cases down the stairwell!!!!!!!! "
