“The food was horrible at any of the restaurants on the complex, some of the staff was amazing but some other staff not well trained. Poor information, no amenities, the bathroom toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water outside the bathroom, was blood on my bed.
No activity on the pool, no shows, we have to go to sleep at 10 because everything is close at 10:00 pm, I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this time it fell I need to because we paid so expensive for a service……

“We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts which we loved and expected the same experience. However, we were very disappointed with several things. The drinks at the pool were awful and the staff could have been more friendly. Even the inside bars and restaurants did not know how to make a simple cocktail. The entertainment could use improvement, we only noticed a couple of exercise classes in the pool and a couple of dance lessons during our 5 night stay. All of the activities, music by the pool,……

“The small adults only resort was exactly what we wanted. Not overcrowded, you could always find room at one of the 2 pools or the beach. We loved the 'Privileged' beach area with comfy beds. The staff was vigilant keeping the seaweed cleaned up. They were also very pleasant and helpful when asked. Having access to the family side shops & eateries & bars was a big plus. We enjoyed all the food from breakfast buffet to room service! Oh and the resort is completely walkable!”

“The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. It was not busy so that helped . One nice thing was the booze was all top shelf Overall a very nice resort just not happy with good situation”
