“Full kitchen in our 2 bedroom apartment, beautiful view of the pool, huge terrace where I would tan. Staff was always kind and helpful. Breakfast at the beach club was ok, nothing to brag about but if you want to start your day with a quick bite, it’s good. Same thing every day on their menu.”

“The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms. The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed……

“I was genuinely disappointed in the service. I emailed at the beginning of the week for to arrange transportation. Followed up. No response. I called and went to the front desk because the balcony door wouldn’t close, and as a result, the AC would not come on. No one ever same. I fixed it myself. Asked for sparkling champagne for myself and my partner. The staff brings him sparkling champagne, brings me white wine, as if I wouldn’t know the difference.
