"The Catskill Nook is beautiful and cozy with all the ameneties on the inside. And on the outside it's just a short walk away from main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Owners have thought of everything, and communication was effortless and very welcoming."

"Nicely renovated house. A few issues likely caused by an ice storm prior to our arrival. Owner was kind to resolve. Beds are VERY firm, if that is your thing. There are new window coverings in the bedrooms, but room darkening would have been a huge plus. No sleeping in if you are at all light sensitive. An App on the tv that would allow for streaming network channels would also be great."

"If you're planning a getaway trip just for a weekend or for a few days. This home is perfect. My family and I enjoyed our stay here for the weekends, it was quiet and a bit isolated. Place is clean and organized. Loved the binder they left with things to do and contact information for emergency. Would definitely stay here again during the summer."

"Fine, elegant, house. A great departure from one’s daily life. Great layout but could use more lighting. There were old quirks about the house but it made it more unique. Some doors don’t shut and will rattle when windows are open. Could use a griddle or larger pans/more baking sheets. The property is gorgeous and the crisp air was refreshing. Lovely experience and would book again!"

"This property was wonderful. Easy to find, very clean and welcoming, and plenty of room to make yourself at home. The property owner was easy to reach as well. The only downside, although manageable, was the automatic lock on the door. The door sags and drags a touch and because of this the bolt becomes stuck in the lock and the mechanism cannot unlock the door. We found that lifting the door slightly after entering the code alleviated this problem. Still, this should be addressed by the...

"Stay, house, check in were all great. It was pretty far to Hunter mountain but the house was perfect for our little getaway!"

"I needed a place to sleep while attending several events in the area and this was perfect; clean, safe, warm, great snacks. The only negative was the icy steps and deck. I had to break up the ice and clear with my boots. Place could use an electric kettle for tea. Other than that it was a great place for me and my elderly dog. "
