"The aptly named Beautiful 1820 brick house is situated between the Adirondacks and practically on Lake Champlain. The house is big and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. They spared no expense in renovating the house with every attention to the smallest of details. I can't wait to go back and stay longer this time with our hosts, Annette & Chris."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the eclipse. Matt was very communicative through the arrival process and very accommodating when we had a late spring snowstorm that dropped 16” and knocked out power and internet for a short spell. We loved walking through the property, even with the snow and found the place very restful and rejuvenating. We spent a couple afternoons at the local brewery, paradox brewing, where we enjoyed the beer, food, and the service."

"Pictures online undersell this little cottage. The layout is family friendly and also completely suitable for a couple or even individual stay. The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. "Very disappointed. Should have been told there was no waterfall due to drought. It was not private and secluded as there were people camping on property and using the outdoor shower, we didn’t not expect to share. The sewer situation in the camper was so smelly it was gagging. Vent in bathroom and on air conditioner, filthy. I have pictures of all the discrepancies. In all felt like a bait and switch. Have never had an issue with any other VRBO property we have stayed at."
