"This is a lovely old Inn. We found that there was not good lighting to read in our room and just one chair. As the weather was poor It would have been nice to spend time reading. Ther is a couch downstairs that we could have used. "

"Owners were so nice, bed was great, linens and towels were wonderful. House is very old and only drawback (which is original to the house and should not be changed!) is the bar/latch style door handles. The Violet Room has its private bathroom across the hall landing, but if you get up in the night as we do, you do make a lot of noise rattling those handles! "Pictures online undersell this little cottage. The layout is family friendly and also completely suitable for a couple or even individual stay. The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. "Very disappointed. Should have been told there was no waterfall due to drought. It was not private and secluded as there were people camping on property and using the outdoor shower, we didn’t not expect to share. The sewer situation in the camper was so smelly it was gagging. Vent in bathroom and on air conditioner, filthy. I have pictures of all the discrepancies. In all felt like a bait and switch. Have never had an issue with any other VRBO property we have stayed at."
