"Wow. This hotel is really a beauty! From a clean parking to a clean property! Hard to believe its 15 years old! Breakfast was phenomenal! A lot to choose from compared to other Best Westerns ive been to in the world! I met 3 front desk receptionist and they were all very nice and helpful. And the house keepers are doing a fantastic job!! The A/C in the room was cold and the Beds were comfortable. Just need to clean the shower heads but the bath was nice size. "They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. It took four trips to the office spread over two hours before they brought a heater. The heater was a propane heater that was almost empty. The instructions said to only use it in a...

"No oven no refrigerator and hard to be with kids. Rooms are too small and air quality falls drastically even the AC turned on and there is a drainage small when you roam around the hotel parking"

"The Hotel was Walking distance to Restaurants and the Surgery Office. I felt very Safe in Mexico. Me and my Husband went there for 4 days. The Hotel is very Clean and I didn’t have to worry about someone taking my belongings out of my room. "
