"First time staying at a Grand Stay property and we were impressed. The property appears to have been recently renovated and our single queen room/suite was very nice. Having a bedroom (with a door that closes) separate from a sitting area w/ sleeper sofa TV and kitchenette (w/ full size refrigerator, mini- stove, microwave, and dishwasher) is very nice. "Check in was great! Friendly & efficient staff. The location is near great restaurants & recently reopened Bel Air concert venue. That was the good, now the bad. They seem to have a significant number of longterm live in families. There are no normal Extended Stay amenities. When i went to the front desk, i asked for plates, sliverware, cup and such. I walked away with 2 red silo cups. This hotel is worth the price becuse of it location "
