Marvin at the front desk was personable, full of information, and made me feel welcomed. I received a text after checking in from Emma at the front desk who also provided great service. Ross and Roland who work at the front door helping with valet parking made me feel like a special guest. I am lifetime member at Marriott with high status; however, my experience at this IHG property...

"The room was very clean, the restaurant's were in walking distance, Bourbon Street was in walking distance and parking garage was across the street, very convenient, really didn't need my car!! I will stay there again."

"This should be listed as a extended stay because they don't have ice machine, clean the room or give you fresh clean washcloths and towels, no hangers for clothes or iron or ironing board"

"It was horrible. Trash outside the room, used soap in the shower, roaches running around, men getting "services " in the parking lot. It was the worst."
