Rooms are clean, excellent service with friendly staff all of whom spoke English very well. The pool area is very nice but the beach is disappointing since its not a real beach. closest beach is a 15 minute car ride. The hotel is isolated and far from everything except Atlantis which is next door. The food is overpriced at the hotel and not top quality.

During our stay, my husband was sick and caused quite a shocking scene at the hotel lobby. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful and were quick to react. Japanese speaking staff called me at the room to offer me a help and advice about doctor. Hotel also sent my husband a lemon drink to settle down his stomach condition. Hotel was very thoughtful to find a Japanese speaking staff to contact me to make us feel at home. I am very very touched by the professional and kind service. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel for business travel. The executive rooms and lounge are five star and include comforts like a turn down service, gowns, slippers, etc. Hotel is connected to a good mall for shopping; although if that's your thing there are a few bigger and better malls a 20-30 min taxi ride away. Breakfast and dinner were good. Swimming pool is OK - perfect for business guests, but not quite resort standards. The gym was well equipt and not too busy and included sweat towels, water, sauna, steam room, changing facilities - all spotless. Bar was comfortable but be aware they allow smoking so your clothes will stink!
