"Amazing and fabulous"

"I loved the location being so close and convenient to hiking trails, lakes, Wicklow Gap, and close enough to shopping and other amenities. The staff was excellent! I appreciated the conversations, recommendations, and welcoming personalities. I didn't like that there was no outdoor seating near the water for a picnic, or just to enjoy being outdoors. The only outdoor seating was by the BBQ Cafe and posted signage that you can't use that seating unless buying from them. But what good is having a beautiful spot on the water if you can't enjoy it? I also would have liked a refrigerator in the room. We had been traveling for weeks and having a fridge would have helped us preserve some of the foods we were enjoying along the way. Overall our experience was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"My son and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered, the bar was so fun, the drinks were strong and the prices great! We didn’t end up coming in until close to midnight, I didn’t realize that I booked just a double bed for my young adult son and myself so the gentleman that checked us in went out of his way to switch our rooms around to give us a room with 2 beds and it was HUGE! The room and bathroom was very clean, parking was easy, staff very accommodating, would recommend this hotel to everybody and cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable!"

"Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Eat a bar meal and the food was excellent and arrived quickly. Breakfast was the same standard as the evening meal. Left my jacket behind in the morning, called the reception they were extremely efficient and collected it from the room called me to let me know it was there. Many thanks for efficient service you don’t get it everywhere now. "

"Stayed here for the first time last year and cannot express how wonderful it is. Booked in for almost a week this April and again…the staff, fantastic, especially Bethan, who was my breakfast waitress each morning, a lovely person, exuded compassion and kindness. Food was excellent, service second to none. Emma at the from desk was fab. Lorna, I missed this year as she is traveling. Rooms are so luxurious and the shower…powerful! A must when you’re from NY, we are spoilt with our water pressure😜. Highly recommend and it is very central."
