"We liked the space, but it has lots of stairs. The unit had the instant hot water turned off, but I found it and turned it on so no big deal. There was not a microwave, nor a working TV (yes I searched for channels). There was ample parking, a cute courtyard to retreat to, a nice bakery down the street, it can be loud at night, and we did not reach out to the property manager. The unit does have dishes, a traditional coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and a single hot plate."

"This property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood and an older home that seems to be a renovated 2nd floor/flat. It is extremely clean!! Everything was in working order. "We were a group of four 60+ adults in town for a family reunion and had a good stay. The property was clean and spacious and generally as described. There was an inaccuracy in the listing regarding the number of bathrooms and a hot tub which did not exist. The owner was unaware of the inaccuracies and corrected the listing but offered no compensation until after I contacted VRBO."

"Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!"
