"Clean, conveniently located and well stocked with everything we needed. Nice touches included local coffee, plentiful detergent for dishwasher and washing machine, and air fryer. Communication and check in was excellent. Beds and pillows were firm as someone else said but comfortable. For us the location was great - convenient to local parks, downtown and the university. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again."

"Check in was easy. Maintenance arrived on time to move some furniture. They also made sure the back patio was swept clean for the dinner. It was wonderful to be able to set up and stay on site, and then leave it for the honeymooners after the wedding. The only thing we couldn't find was dishwasher soap. Otherwise, perfect for our needs."

"I have already reviewed this house. Please see my other review. Amazing experience every time. Travis is in charge of the property and he is available and very engaged.. Great host. The only negative is the rural neighborhood far from to the stores and downtown on foot . you need a car and it’s low in the valley so there is some smell from cows and hey. Otherwise great stay ."

"Amazing, really great property. Eva is fantastic, very responsive, timely, nice. The exposed brick walls throughout are SO charming. Very well appointed, didn’t need anything other than food we bought. Cool restaurants literally within feet, TONA, the sushi restaurant downstairs was really really good. Apparently #1 restaurant in Ogden and obviously very convenient. I’d definitely stay again."

"The title does not mislead - the unit is sparce but has all the necessities - and the remodeling they did on the unit are wonderful and modern. The host is a joy to work with - just a phone call away! Super friendly - a great little gem if you are traveling with a family and hotel rooms are too small. Plenty of separate space for us, our 2 tweens, and our toddler. One thing is to be sure you go through the gate to go down the stairs to the unit - and let the host know if there are any problems."

"The most organized experience I've ever had-details about everything in the home from thermostat to door lock and first aid; info about local restaurants with commentary; clear check-in/out procedures and all sprinkled with a bit of humor. Location was perfect-MANY hiking trails nearby, FREE Air Force museum that was amazing, and close to Antelope...

We loved the thoughtful renovation of the historic building, and the super convenient location. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and all of the plentiful amenities, paper goods, toiletries, etc. We visit family often in this area and we will definitely be returning to this rental again!"

Our daughter was apartment hunting, transferring to Hill AFB, and because of our stay at this location she decided to lease an apartment at this complex. She compared to over 10 complexes and was happiest at this location. It was obvious the owner of this apartment takes great care with making sure the guests will be satisfied."

The place is very modern, very clean, with comfortable beds, a kitchen stocked with all of the pots/pans/etc that we needed, a fairly large bathroom, and plenty of space. The check-in process was very easy and finding the location was not hard. I will definitely stay here again."
