"I might still have chosen this place if it had been advertised correctly. The price is very good. The initial photo is deceptive. The streetcar is over a ten minute walk away 0.6 miles. The neighborhood is nice to one side but the building itself looks like a dump on the outside (paint would help). The price is great and the place is pretty clean. One pot was icky and the bed kept getting dust and dirt from either the very dirty ceiling fan or the air conditioner. It was great to have an air...

There were a lot of amenities provided in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room such as plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, trash bags, detergent, etc. It had everything we need. Also the place was pretty tidy. The bathroom was nice, clean, and well stocked/organized. I appreciated that since dirty bathrooms are usually a dealbreaker for me.
