"This was our 2nd time staying here after enjoying our 1st stay. Their parking was great and in a safe secure spot. Only issues we had was one elevator wasn’t working day 2 of our stay, which had happened our last stay as well. Also check-in and stay over check-in took a tad bit longer than expected due to their system malfunctioning. And the room’s A/C was not nearly as cold as we would have liked it to be but we managed. "Everything was excellent except for the noise. Apparently my room was right below the boiler room. There was a steady flow of traffic and a great deal of noise past midnight. Hopefully, I never get room 230 again. Otherwise, I enjoy staying at Sonesta. The location is perfect, the rooms are awesome and the staff are always friendly & helpful."
