Booked a last minute trip here for my birthday due to the hurricane in Houston which were my original plans. My husband and I drove 16 hours and I was glad that a room was available before check in time. Upon arrival into our room the bed was unmade and dirty towels were laying everywhere. I called the front desk to let them know the room hadn’t been cleaned. We came back down and was provided with another room key on a different floor and our room was upgraded to a suite because of the inconvenience. Had a good stay, you could hear kids running down the halls at all times of the night which was my only issue.

This property reeks of marijuanna smell consistently and there’s tons of signs saying no smoking. The mold in the hotel room will literally have your nose burning, pouring out snot and constantly coughing. The police are constantly driving around the hotel. It just doesn’t feel safe at all. The staff are nice but overall I did not enjoy the stay at all. I would not stay again.

I waited 2 nights before someone would come check out the tub which is the only reason i stayed here cause i couldn’t take showers at the time. Lady told me a manager would be in next morning to talk with her about a discount but every time I went looking for manager they were never seen. The lady’s seemed lost. And that makes me wonder if they are even trained for the job.
