"First time in a Sonesta Suites. Very impressed. Studio kitchen was better equipped than the Hilton timeshare suites in Manhattan! I would suggest a beverage selection and expanded offerings at "the Store." Perhaps they were available and I didn't see them. "Guide" function on the TV remote needs reprogramming. Some channels are mislabeled. Unpleasant odor of tobacco or marijuana in foyer/entry, altho no odor in the rest of the property."

"I took a red eye to New Brunswick. It just worked out that way. I arrived at the Heldrich Hotel at about 8:30am, hoping to at least check my luggage so I could walk about or do something until it was the official check-in time. Instead, the woman at the front desk said "let's see what we can do for you" and just like that, I was given a key to my room before 9am. That is true customer service: to get over 6 hours to crash after arriving so early. I'll always recommend the Heldrich for their consideration of my physical well-being."
