Had confirmed reservation for 2 queen beds, but no 2-queen rooms were available. Instead they gave us 1 bed plus sofa bed. First tried to put us in a room with sofa bed that smelled of smoke. After complaints, manager gave us another room with sofa bed and added mattresses to make it a bit more acceptable -- otherwise I would have rated this place all 1s. Manage also promised to comp us one night but (so far) did not deliver.

One reservation for our group wasn't in their system when we got there. Major confusion and scrambling. Some willing to help, others shrugged their shoulders. Lots of phone tag in between business meetings to correct this error that they had made. It was fixed, but disappointing that it took away from our business.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while on a travel nursing assignment. Comfortable and perfectly adequate but not outstanding. Lobby and hallways were very warm and smelled a little odd. Staff was nice but not overly friendly. Breakfast was pretty standard. Area felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. I would recommend this to someone looking to stay somewhere for a good price with everything you need in a hotel but no frills or luxury.

Decent hotel for the price. Centrally located.

Pros: Room comfort and location.
Cons: Breakfast selection, check in efficiency(need more help at front desk).
Location: We were close to all of the attractions we came for so it worked well for us.
Arrived and tried to check in at 5:30pm. Only one employee was working and there were problems with a basketball team trying to check in before us. We wound up waiting almost 45 minutes before we were assisted in checking in. It was not a pleasant experience after pre-paying and driving over 3 hours to get there. The room was nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was somewhat disappointing in the selection and there was no juice of any kind.

Great hotel for the price and a quick weekend stay

Stayed for a baseball tournament so for a quick weekend stay it was good. Hotel staff not very helpful recommending shopping and amenities close, thank goodness for Google.

Newly remodeled - good for price

The hotel has clearly been recently remodeled. The room was small but nothing wrong with that. Very basic hotel but we'll worth the price. The elevator door wouldn't always shut well so after my first trip on the elevator I opted to take the stairs. The staff was polite and helpful. My room key initially didn't work and they were quick to fix it. Breakfast had a good variety also. I could hear others' voices faintly from my room but, again, it was a great price. Overall I'd definitely suggest this hotel to others.

Never again

The hotel staff were unfriendly and were often seen sitting around eating, the room and hallway smelled, and you practically had to beg for food or utensils at the so called breakfast bar.

Good close to where we was going

The room was good the beds were very Comfortable mad cause the pool was closed my kids were upset about that the breakfast was ok

the pillows were terrible, lumpy like they were 20 yrs old, the sleeper sofa had a mattress on it that was totally disgusting, completely worn out, NEEDS REPLACED!!! the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ok
