It was a nice stay....but!Posted Nov 23, 2013
Nice stay friendly staff. But they need to do room check before assigning rooms. My first room had no linen on the bed. They gave a new room. And they should really invest in flat screen tvs...so outdated. Nice stay but idk if I would go back. And there was no remote to the tv.

Close to my meeting place.Posted Nov 19, 2013
Pros: Close to meeting site.
Cons: Absorbent towels and wash clothes, additional hour for breakfast. Additional bed pillow.
Had reservation for one night. Arrived about 6:30 pm. Room became noisy as more guests checked in. Room was on third floor. Lots of noise in the parking lot during early morning hours. Loud guests in next room. Wash clothes very thin once wet. Towels small and also thin. Breakfast was OK. Should consider an additional hour. Did not have working TV remote.

Nice hotelPosted Oct 22, 2013
Nice hotel, good breakfast and correct room. We just stayed 1 night and it matched perfectly our need. We asked for a ground level room and they arranged one immediately.

Great locationPosted Oct 14, 2013
I had stayed at this hotel before on the third floor and that was a very nice room. This stay the room was on the first floor and was a bit ruff in the bathroom and entry way. Condition of high volume use without any maintain. Overall a very nice hotel.

Great placePosted Sep 25, 2013
My husband and I stay overall was great but the breakfast was something they should NOT advertise. I would reccomend the Microtel Fort Worth to stay in but they breakfast was only Breads, no eggs no grits and no meat what a shame. I called for towels and they told me I had to come down to get them, I did NOT like that.

Has potentialPosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Nicely decorated.
Cons: Better management.
Location: It is located in a massive cluster of hotels.
When opened our room door the bed was in pieces, no linens, and nothing was cleaned. What happened here! We were on a tight schedule and traveling with a baby so we asked the concierge if we could have a different room. He said there were no other (problem free) rooms and we would have to wait until custodial cleaned the room. But we made reservations AND showed up 2 hrs after the earliest possible check in time. While we waited, I watched 3 people get 3 rooms. One returned and was given a different room. So when we finally got in our room the staff had only given us linens and not cleaned a thing. Both locks were broken on the door so we had to sleep with our baby in a ROCK HARD extremely uncomfortable bed for fear someone might walk in in the middle of the night. This hotel has potential to be nice as all of the amenities seem fairly new and to each his own regarding the beds. It's a shame the staff is so disorganized.
