I am very upset I made a reservation 2 weeks before the date 05/21/23 and I called multiple time to let them know it was going to be a late check in due to traffic and the fact that we were coming from Houston area they cancelled our reservations without telling us and said that no one notified her that we were doing a late check in this was like @1:30AM

Staff was outstanding, but our room's carpet was disgustingly dirty and very sticky. It also smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. The desk clerk was very nice about both and apologized several times. She also sprayed the room with air freshener which did help.

Super clean property! The room smelled clean, there was no smell of smoking which is what some hotels have issues with. The property is small but it is well kept. I would stay here again.

I liked the bed. I did not like not being able to use the toilet for two days because it would not flush and management wanted ME to plunge it. I was informed not to put tissue in the tollet because tissue does not go in the toillet, it goes in the trash i was told. That was news to me... it was only 1 trash can in the room and i had to call the front desk to locate it under the bathroom sink. Duh who does that. I had one more nights stay and was told I would transfer rooms but that never happened either. Upon check-in I was imformed that i had to take out my own trash since it was an Extended Stay hotel.
