"The condo was cozy and decorated beautifully. Perfect for my husband and I. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river sipping on our morning coffee watching the barges float by. The walk to Broadway was a bit longer than anticipated but we did it every day! We loved all the honky tonks. Bands incredible! We took in the Parthenon and it was incredible. Traci was a wonderful host, answering any questions we had prior to our stay. Thanks Traci for sharing your piece of paradise. 🙂"

"This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. "Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!"

"We had a great little stay in Nashville. We ended up renting a car and using the street parking for the most part. We found it full only one time. Super short drive to downtown. Building is very secure, area around building not too bad. Rooftop lounge is nice to hang out in good weather. Unit was well stocked with necessities and very clean. Great setup for two couples or a family. Would definitely stay here again!"

We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "
