"This farmhouse was excellently appointed, immaculate and serene. They did have an excess of plug-in style air fresheners, which we are personally not a fan of. We enjoyed the little cards with information about Historical items in the home. The purpose of our stay was we attended a wedding at the firefly event space. The drive was about 20 minutes. We would recommend this farmhouse if you are looking for a very clean place to get away from everything."

"My family and I stayed at this lovely home for my son’s wedding nearby. It was absolutely perfect. Laura and Jon have gone to great lengths to provide everything we needed for a few nights stay. We enjoyed wonderful conversations in the cozy living room listening to many of their nostalgic albums on the turn table. "This farmhouse is so beautiful, with decor reminiscent of the era. The beds are very comfortable, like sleeping in a hug! The charm and warmth of this home are outstanding, with gracious room size and a grand entry. Every single detail is just perfect. The spaces are obviously well thought out. It is on a fairly busy road, but that won't stop us from staying here again!"

We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "
