"Enjoyed our stay! We arrived early and check to see if the cottage was ready for check in and it was! The lady at the desk was super nice and friendly. Once arriving at our cottage I was concerned it wasn’t ready due to 2 cleaning golf carts sitting in the driveway. Three of us went in and the rest stayed in the car. I opened the door and to my surprise there was 3 cleaning ladies in the cottage. One ways laying on the couch, one was propped up on the loveseat and one was sitting in the chair. They were watching TV and had microwaved some food, which made the cottage smell badly. However, after opening windows and a little spray it smelled a lot better. There was no reason to give lower than a 5, since I am certain this is not something that happens all the time! They just got caught. We are definitely planning on going back and would love staying in the same cottage. "

"It was great but there were roaches and spiders I left at 430 am to be to work they wasn’t in the lobby when I returned my key I did get a picture of the spider in the bed I really would like a refund credited to my one key "
