"I like the convenience of this place. The staff is always friendly.
We have noticed it is less tidy than Han it used to be; some trash in the elevator, and the hot tub was very cloudy, the jets don’t work. When we were in the pool area someone came and just poured some chemical in it. I’ve owned a hot tub and I know it should be tested and the chlorine should be measured. The chlorine also should be agitated in the tub-working jets would help-to be most effective. I would think with a heavy...

"The roof was leaking when I arrived and the staff didn’t seem in any hurry to attend to the incoming precipitation! They are very short staffed, so please don’t be too demanding on their team of kind, friendly people. The room was prrreeeettttyyy gross. I found multiple condom wrappers between the mattress and the headboard, and there was a lot of other litter left from the previous guests. The ease to get on the highway is great. "

"It was a great and comfortable stay. Although on some business, I was able to relax when the time came for it. The room was comfortable and roomy. All was well except that I was in the very back of the hotel. Besides that, it served its purpose and made me comfortable."

"The Pfister Hotel has a lot of history in Milwaukee and is recognized as one of the most historic hotels in America. The hotel has a lot of character. I used the valet service to park my car. They were courteous and punctual. The lobby is currently undergoing construction so I was unable to see the entire decor and beauty in the pictures. The front desk was very friendly and offered me a glass of champagne at check in. The hotel was at maximum capacity over the weekend. The room was nice but lacked a decent view of anything except for a brick wall. The bed was comfy and had nice pillows. The bathroom was the best part of the room as it was recently remodeled. It was a great stay and the hotel is a quick walk from some of Milwaukees most famous attractions. The rooftop bar Blu was really nice in the evening and had a nice view. I was rejected an upgrade and late check out , but the hotel was at capacity, or so it seemed. I would stay again, for the right price as it’s one of the more expensive hotels in the Milwaukee area.
