"The bedroom had all the features I like: end tables with plenty of plugs on both sides of the bed, sink outside the bathroom, granite counter with sink, plenty of counterspace by the sink, Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash available in the shower. The elevator was not working, so had to carry to the third floor but was offered help in carrying. That made the uncarpeted stairs (carpet had been ripped out, none put in yet) a bit of an eyesore. Breakfast would have been a little nicer with bacon or sausage to go with the scrambled eggs but otherwise good. Coffee ran out an hour before breakfast closing. "

"In upgrade process. It’s obvious lot of work in progress. With continuous efforts has room to grow. Friendly / helpful staff, I would consider staying with them again."

"Such a lovely hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We loved the skyway option to walk places and the room was very pleasant and comfortable. "

"This was our first experience with AmericInn. The lobby area and staff is welcoming (the puzzle table is a nice touch). The pool and hot tub is great, especially for kids. While the room was a bit dated, and the mattress was a bit soft , we felt comfortable, and would stay there again. "

"The DoubleTree in Holland is very nice. It is clean and open feeling in the common areas. Our room was big enough for the two of us, and the bed was really comfy. It is located just off 131, so easy to get around Holland. "
