"We had a lovely stay at Casa Carazon after spending two weeks in the Belizean rainforest. This is a private peaceful setting for soaking up the Caribbean sea and sun! "My wife and i stayed for a week and had an amazing experience. Beautiful home right on a VERY private beach and close to ask the things you want to do in the area. Home and property impeccably maintained and had everything we could have wanted. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach furniture, charcoal grill, 2 bikes for our use, and really loved the outdoor shower. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Placencia"

"This was a perfect beach house for us. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location was particularly nice, right on the beach and close to beautiful resorts within walking distance for dinner. The food and service at the restaurants was exceptional, both The Green Parrot and The Maya Beach Hotel and Bistro. The owner and manager response time was excellent both to welcome us upon arrival and to help us when we locked ourselves out. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property is absolutely stunning with a nice sandy beach & plenty of room for the kids to sports. Many places to hang a hammock that you could buy in town. This property is very remote and extremely quiet! I would highly recommend having a rental vehicle. Publics is the closest, cleanest, best place to shop and is 20 mins south. Mings is right in Placencia 30 min south and had some things we could not find at Publics. There is a health store in Placencia that had a few Vegan/vegetarian...

"Edie’s place is a gem, and the caretaker Orlando was friendly and helpful. We love to cook and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The sea breeze kept us from needing AC in the front bedroom, but the kids were grateful for powerful AC in the stuffier back bedroom. Beautiful landscaping. No complaints!"

"This is a very cool little cluster of cabanas and a bar/restaurant on a legit TINY island. The staff is great, the food is decent, and the snorkeling could be better, but overall it was a fun stay. We were the only ones staying on the island, which was pretty cool."
