"It was the easiest check-in process i have ever experienced. The room was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. It was quiet, and you could not hear the guests in any of the connecting rooms, including the ones that were above us."

"One complaint was our inability to be given a ground floor room in this building. We are in our 80's and there was no elevator. It was hard to carry our stuff up the stairs. The next day the manager explained that we had bought a category of room that was restricted to the upstairs and suggested that in future we explicitly request ground floor accommodations. In addition we were not provided with bath or dish soap, cloths to wash and wipe the dishes, or sufficient utensils. On the plus side the view of the mountains was superb and we were able to make our own breakfast. We would stay here again."

"Thid hotel is great. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. They also have a happy hour every day which is so nice after driving all day. The check in was quick. The hotel is clean. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. "
