"What drew my husband and I to this resort was that the cottage/suite was located on the Muskegon river. What wonderful view from inside the cottage! There was a very nice patio and an area with a firepit. The nicely decorated cottage was very clean with a spacious, well stocked kitchen. We had one day out of our three day vacation in which the weather wasn't favorable, but there is a supply of games and plenty to watch on TV. "This property is immaculately clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the unit, it's a very low traffic street. The unit was quiet, even with a bachelor party renting the downstairs unit. The back patio is shared with the downstairs unit and their unit enters through the patio. The unit is about a 15 minute walk to "downtown" Muskegon. The beds were comfortable, there are lots of decor and finishing touches to make this place look and feel...

"The listing incorrectly states the number of rooms, capacity, and bathrooms. I contacted the host but is wasn’t changed. The unit was nice but very loud with people above, you could hear them anytime they walked around. The street parking is kind of a pain for loading and unloading. Overall is met our needs but probably would look else where next time."

"The property was quiet and in a great location, our neighbors in the camper were very friendly also seen them on the dunes and meet their kids great time. Hot tub was amazing will definitely consider this property again. Few things they can add is a mop, dust pan, and a small vacuum. Other than that it was great."

"The house was wonderful, a definite 5 star house with a large open living area and plenty of sleeping spaces. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice large gathering area in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there, all kitchen appliances and utensils etc. Fun to hang out on the deck or in the hot tub looking out over the lake . We opted to pay extra for use of the Pontoon boat provided which was fun to do leisurely trips around the lake. The only downside of the property was the many geese...
