This information should be either on the rental announcement or given to the perspective renter for their consideration before committing to rent the transaction. The “ad” states that there is a parking space available. When I got to the property all the parking spots on the pavement were taken. There were no cars parked on the lawn. The house rules brief I received the second day allow for patrons to park on the “lawn”...
