"The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family."

"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. "this place was perfect for our bachelor party boys weekend! waterfront dock, great industrial kitchen amenities, yard space, bonfire pit, kayaks, pool table, a great soundsytem, separate cabin for sleeping arrangement vs the main area, even had a little boutique golf course near by. what more could you want? Mike was an exceptional host who really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great time. We will be back!"
