Was not well maintain, floors were cupped and one board missing, tile in bathroom was missing grout in some places. To me looked like they had a plumbing problem that might have flooded the floors. Hot water was a issue hot then cold while taking shower. Picture of the place must be old. He did go out of his way to add my pet and get spoons etc., friendly but never fixed light by front door. I did enjoy seating outdoors in the evening. Added days to my stay because of a remodel I'm going through. My dog enjoyed property. Not made for as long as I stayed, maybe 3 or 4 days. My husband, myself and my toddler stayed here while on a mini-vacation to some of the natural springs in the area. The cabin is exactly as described, stocked with everything you need to cook, clean, relax, and settle in for a great vacation. Our daughter loved playing in the loft and the decor inside made us feel right at home. The outdoor patio and firepit were the perfect place for s’mores and the location was quiet and private, yet close to several local natural springs, restaurants, and parks.
