"We recently visited Monteverde and had an amazing experience. The staff are very attentive to our needs and assist in a very timely manner. They are excellent with customer service. The restaurant views are just breathtaking as you can see Toucans, a variety of different Costa Rican birds, and zipliners. (One minor recommendation is the rooms need to be updated and there is a lot of space and not very good utilization...)"

"Truly a unique experience. The hot springs were a great way to relax after a busy day hiking/adventuring. The staff was overall very good. I can only imagine, it's hard to keep up with this place due to it's location and the ever changing weather in CR. A couple things I noticed. The pool was in disrepair. They seem a little short staffed during breakfast. Overall, though, I highly recommend it. It's a memorable hotel/experience."

"Beautiful property. We stayed in a family villa which was perfect for our family of four. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the wait staff fantastic. Included breakfasts were excellent and the view of the volcano from the restaurant was stunning. We even ate there for dinner four nights out of our six as it was so convenient and had lots to choose from on the menu. The reception staff were excellent, they arranged our airport transfer, taxis into town and day trips. All in all a perfect...

"Very convenient place , right in town On a beautiful beach , restaurant on the beach , entrance messy and not clean not much of a hotel lobby , restaurant bathroom was not clean but the room was beautiful Room was great but the AC smelled like insect repellent which didn’t help my allergies "
