“This property was amazingly beautiful. Very friendly greeting from the Hostess, very clean and the grounds had several nice areas to sit and relax. It’s about 8 minutes from Dahlonega which is very convenient. If you’re looking for a nice place to unwind and be surrounded by flowers, trees and a beautiful view of the mountains this is it.”

“Fireplace greatLocation greatProperty beautiful Needs maintenance, needs a deep clean. Socks,gloves left outside at fireplace. Fire pit chairs need painting. Master toilet makes noises. A couple of doors need hinges tightened. Dining room table seriously needs tightened. Filter needed in frig. No light in fridge A couple of Glass windows in living room need handprints cleaned- disgusting for new guest ”

“Everything was wonderful ! The home was warm and exactly as described. The host was easy to reach and accommodating. Our party of 11 couldnt have asked for a better Christmas retreat, from the 2 year old to the 85 year old , a good time was had by all !!!!!!!”

“This was perfect for our large family gathering. Each couple/family was able to have their own space and the group with the younger kids thought the bunk room above the garage worked perfectly. There are enough unique features/decorations in the home we were even able to have a scavenger hunt one evening which was a blast. It was March so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool or lake too much but one teenager did get out on a paddle board. There are a few things that have been "fixed"……

“Our stay was beyond perfection. Jon was so communicative and kind and went out of his way to make sure the hot tub was on for my group who was doing a long running race that morning. He was available to answer any of our questions and made sure we knew we could contact him if they were ever any issues. There weren’t any issues. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and so warm and inviting. Our group of 20 ladies was more than comfortable And if we run another race in Cloudland, we……

“The host was welcoming and the overall accommodations were wonderful. We did encounter some issues that made the beginning of the stay difficult. A dish washer had malfunctioned and water which had become rancid was standing in the dishwater. Fortunately, there was a shop vacuum in the garage and we were able to vacuum out the water and finally get the smell out of the house. There was some garbage left in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms commodes was left unclean. Also, grease had……

“View location was beautiful. Plenty of space for large group. Water pressure low in bathroom sinks could use help. Some exterior needed to be properly fixed. Had issue w/front door entry code. Host was available when needed.Climb to get to house was challenaging.”
