"We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues."

If you drive a bigger vehicle the street parking doesn't really work. The public parking is a little bit of a walk but other than that, very nice stay, would definitely rent it again."

It is extremely well located right down the street from downtown Asheville shops, restaurants and breweries. Parking is easy, and the unit is very well appointed. The art is fun, the outside sitting area is comfy, and despite being right on Biltmore Avenue, its very quiet because of the stone structure of the house. This condo is perfect for 2 people, clean and right in the middle of Main St. We happen to be staying here during the Apple Fest right on Main St. which was a bonus. If you stay here, you have to eat at the brewery below the condo. Great food. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"This was a fantastic girls weekend with my girls. A gorgeous cabin right on the river with an amazing deck. We saw eagles, ospreys and an otter swimming by while having coffee on the deck. We also relaxed at the near by hot spring spas for an hour got dinner at one of the local taverns. Tried our hands at fishing while relaxing near the water. Amazing place to relax and unwind.
