"It was a great hotel; however, the pool was not open. That was a major disappointment. The administration should do something about the sound produced by the elevator ducts. There is a constant humming sound coming from them. The poor front desk people must deal with that sound all day long. Perhaps a set of extra doors separating the aisle would be enough. The administration of the building should think about their employees, too. The restaurant dinning service was not good for the prices. Service was fine, but should be better."
