"Easy check-in, property owner was there to say a quick hello, one minor issue when we arrived but it was fixed within 30 minutes. Very clean and simple. Quiet location and so close to the beach (one block walk) and the intercoastal (one and a half blocks), many restaurants within walking distance too! There are several units owned and managed by the same owner - they are all connected by little walking paths and the common area (pool, grills, etc.)."

The owner was quick to respond when we could not locate our beach towels (owner brought more, but I did finally find so they were t missing after all). "This unit was perfect for my husband, myself and our teenage daughter. Very quiet and clean. I didn't realize when we reserved it that you had to walk across Gulf Blvd to get to the beach. But, it was a short walk, so not a big deal at all! Vadim is very responsive and the check-in process was easy. Walking distance to local restaurants, which was a plus! We enjoyed the nice outdoor shared courtyard with charcoal grill. Would definitely stay here again!"
