"This stay was everything I expected and more. I could just step off the boat and be fishing in seconds. We caught 11 different kinds of fish and the crab pot yielded 8 stone crabs. We ate out at Bowen's Island Restaurant and the Crab Shack at Folly Beach both just a few miles away. We just had door dash bring us dinner our last night and sat out on the boat and enjoyed the surrounding salt marsh and river. There is no doubt I'll be staying there again on my next visit to Charleston. Best Stay...

"Overall I think it was a great deal for the money. IA few things we want to Point out…Concerned about lighting outside (none), gap under front door that allows bugs in (flies etc). The bed was comfy and we had no trouble sleeping. AC was great. Bathroom- no toiletries , sink is loose and socket doesn’t have a circuit breaker In bedroom behind kitchen the outlet by bed has no cover. Over head light in kitchen didn’t work -there were no ice cube trays."

"Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in."
