"We booked a 2 bedroom suite unit that included 2 kings beds and a pullout sofa with a living room and kitchen area. The unit we were given was 1 basic room with 2 double beds. The host, who up until this point had been VERY responsive, suddenly had an emergency and couldn’t help us. We were a group of 4 adult females, and didn’t feel safe about this situation. We felt like this was all a scam and not sure who had access to our room. We left the room and called Vrbo customer service immediately...
