"We had a great time with our 4 day stay. Our host and the amazing beds were the highlights. Our host was kind, went out of his way and accommodated us at every turn! The beds were so comfortable, which is a must when renting a place to stay! It was nice to be able to cook and have breakfast and lunch at the house instead of having to go out to eat for all meals. We really enjoyed this experience and can’t wait to come back."

"We own a short term rental ourselves and normally we are disappointed, but this property was perfect for us. Bed was comfy, centrally located, and had access to all the necessary amenities. Host responded quickly, property was clean...we loved it!"

"This is our third time staying at this property and we will definately come again. Thank you for sharing it with us. Everything is so close. We had a car but only took it out one time because my wife did not want to walk to the Sphere. The staff is great. It is fun to wake up and go to sleep looking at most of the Vegas Icons right outside of your window. The Sphere and newly remodeled Rio Lights were a fun addition this year. A must stay!"

"We looked at various properties (and stayed at another nice property the day before due to proximity of a concert @ TMobile Arena), but this one had everything. Location - easy (walkway) distance to Aria, Cosmopolitan & Bellagio; room/view: excellent! The views are simply incredible & the suite (should say proper 1 bedroom) was incredibly spacious with all the amenities of home (full size fridge) with full 5 star amenities (we ordered the breakfast in room - it was very good). "We come to vegas a few times a year. This time we decided to stay in a condo. It was so close to the strip but far enough away to be away from all the people. It was quiet and had all the extras a person would want. The furniture is very comfortable. The beds were very easy to sleep on. Id definitely recommend staying here!!"

"Overall good stay. Clean property. Within 15 minutes walking distance to the strip. We had the 2 bedroom villa which had kitchen facilities for quick morning breakfast, washing machine and dryer for laundry needs. Only issue was the shower didn’t had enough water power for my long hair washing…and there was an issue with toilet not flushing properly so we had to call them twice and yet it didn’t resolve the problem. "
