Abit disappointed with our stay. Arrived in the evening after a long day's travel. Had not even got out of the car and the girl from reception was outside and asking "Can I help you"? in a manner that suggested we shouldn't be there . Was then asked for not one but two forms of identification at check in - once again felt unwelcome/untrusted - they already had all our credit card and address details from the on-line booking. On top of that, did I really need to be asked for several more forms of ID?....When we were shown the room, it had only a double bed - I had booked a twin studio which anywhere else I have stayed has meant two beds. Upon asking, I was told, no the double bed was what a twin studio was so my daughter and I had to share.....Was then unpacking the car when the girl from reception approached me again asking when I intended leaving in the morning and was I paying tonight or tomorrow morning - not good skills. This is NOT the way to treat customers. The room was tidy but tired and there was no hair-dryer in the bathroom. Wouldn't stay again.

Ther overall appearance is of sterility It would benefit from more attractive gardens and some basic artwork and fake flowers to the interior. Overall very trapped in the early 1980's

Great host - that was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Lindale Lodge.
