“A Comfort Inn”

The Hotel was situated in the middle of everything shopping, food, and relaxing. The staff were helpful from the point of arrival to leaving. Room service is great, and the staff was always helpful and ready to assist you.

“Simple hotel in centre of Kuwait City”

This is a simple hotel in the center of the city. It's great for an overnight stay as it is conveniently located, however there is not much to do in this part of the city in the evening. Wifi available everywhere and the service is very good. Rooms are clean but nothing fancy. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget accommodation.

“Satisfying according to Kuwaiti hotel standards”

The hotel staff was among the niecest I have met in the Gulf region. And the Indian restaurant on the top floor is really really good. Yes, the other reviewers are correct in pointing at the stained carpets and walls. So the condition of the hotel could of course be better, but it is clean (and certainly not smelly, which I read somewhere), the bed was comfortable and the room reasonably sized. Guests seem to be from all over the world including some Western and Asian business people and a lot of families from the Gulf. The hotel is in a really central location, unless you want to shop - in which case Salmiya is better. So if you don't expect more than 3 star value, you get a good deal, given that Kuwaiti hotel prices are outrageous. I would stay there again.

“Its OKay”

The hotel has no access by car, you can't drop off or pick a guest at the hotel door. The hotel entrance is only accessible by foot.
