"This was a very clean and comfortable basement apartment, I enjoyed our stay. There was a very minor complication, an extra lock was left locked but our host came to our assistance immediately upon learning of our trouble. I really appreciated having coffee and filters provided, in so many locations that's not the case. And I was glad to meet Bear, the friendly dog. We had four people, sleeping two together and we had plenty of space for us all. Glad we stayed, would return"

"I can’t recommend this place enough! We added an extra day here when we weren’t happy at a previous place. The communication was amazing! Seriously could move in here!! We absolutely loved it! We were in town for a college visit and University of Tennessee football game. It is the perfect location in a peaceful neighborhood!"

"This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!"

"My family and I have stayed in several homes on VRBO and this one was by far the best! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked! I can't say enough about this house. The kitchen was stocked with items to make your stay comfortable, we didn't lack for anything. There was even a child's drawer stocked with children spoons, forks, cups and plates! We found this very useful for our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and grilling on the Blackstone. I haven't even...
