"Our original lodging became unavailable to to an unforeseen circumstance. The staff at Manitou Lodge were so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying in the lodge and had a blast. The rooms were great and fit us well. The community space in the lodge was great as well. We were comfortably able to play games and spread out. The only thing it lacked was a kitchenette. "Manitou Lodge is in a beautiful tropical forested area. The Lodge and our bedroom were homey and nice. Our bed was the most cushy of all on our road-trip. The bathroom, however needs attention. The outdated pink tub had black mold everywhere! The sink area also needs replacing. "

"We stayed here previously last year and enjoyed our stay so much that we returned again this year. Its location makes getting to beaches that we love easy. We have two younger kids who adore being able to walk out the front door and have a personal beach to explore. The fire table on the patio is very appreciated at night to sit around for dinner and enjoy the beautiful view. You can watch seals poking their heads up out of the water while you eat.
